JIMMY OCKEY
RECRUITMENT CO-ORDINATOR
Jimmy joined the company in 2008, and has since played an integral role in recruiting the world-class teams at Image Engine.
With initial roots as an artist, Jimmy’s career began as an animator at Mainframe Entertainment in Vancouver. He quickly realized his passion for working with people, and moved on to the Vancouver College of Interactive Arts. There, he performed the role of instructor for the Interactive Animation program, and subsequently program manager in the human resources department.
Jimmy honed his professional talents with a business management degree from the University of Phoenix, before joining Image Engine to work on the recruitment drive for District 9.
Since then, he is proud to have been responsible for recruiting the largest team to date for Image Engine, and to have built a strong artist network and industry relationships from around the world.
Jimmy co-chairs for the Career Advancement Network for BC Human Resource Association.
